Cohen and Warren of TerraCRG complete $50 million sale; Purchased by Adam America, Slate and China Vanke
Brooklyn, NY TerraCRG has completed the sale of 10 Nevins in the downtown area neighborhood. Ofer Cohen and Melissa Warren’s TerraCRG team were the sole brokers. A partnership of Adam America, Slate Property Group and China Vanke were the buyers. The site sold for $50 million.

Friedman and Chhabra of Besen secure $6.25 million sale on behalf of seller, TMK Realty 1 and buyer, Kahen Properties
Manhattan, NY Besen & Associates arranged the sale of 377 First Ave., located in Gramercy Park on the northwest corner of 22nd St. and 1st Ave. next to Peter Cooper Village. Besen & Associates brokers Joseph Friedman and Ishan Chhabra represented the buyer, Kahen Properties and the seller, was TMK Realty 1 LLC.

New York, NY Mayor Michael Bloomberg, governor David Paterson and Delta Air Lines CEO Richard Anderson unveiled plans for the redevelopment and expansion of the Delta Air Lines Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Work on the $1.2 billion project, which was recently approved by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, will begin this September and create a new space for the airline and 10,000 jobs over the next three years; and also further establish the city as a major tourist destination.
