Good afternoon! It's Tuesday, August 29, and today's headlines include a New York Times report investigating a whistleblower's claims about a Missouri gender clinic, a prayer request for "Jesus Calling" author Sarah Young, and President Joe Biden's ad push targeting pro-life leaders.
A Wednesday report from The New York Times is shedding light on a whistleblower's accusations that the Washington University Transgender Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital in Missouri was too quick to administer hormone drugs to minor patients. Emails obtained by the outlet show a significant increase in new patient calls, with the hospital turning to outside therapists to determine a child's eligibility for puberty blockers or cross-sex hormones. Staff expressed concerns
about the growing number of patients who identified as trans and suffered from mental health issues. One email from nurse Karen Hamon notes that staff was concerned about counseling procedures and that "no one is ever told no." Full Story.

Every gift you give will put Bibles and Christian content into the hands of a waiting prisoner.
