Good evening,

Good evening,

It feels like 2022 is kicking into full swing for deal-makers and there’s a little bit of everything in Street Talk tonight.

We take a look at a new asset auction out of UBS and Barrenjoey - Vodafone NZ’s TowerCo spin-off - and check in on the IPO market as two of the lead pipeline candidates prepare to meet investors this week.

We also have some private M&A - one at stockbroker Wilsons, which is acquiring a family office adviser, and another at factoring company ScotPac, which is buying a fintech to get into online loans.

We’ve also spoken to some investors about memorable post-results calls and meetings, and have written up the interesting situation at DDH1, where Oaktree Capital Management is even getting in on the post results action.

Happy reading,
Anthony Macdonald, Sarah Thompson and Kanika Sood
