Lot 458: An early 20th century, French gilt metal and marble figural mantel clock, the 3.5" enamelled convex dial with Roman numerals and Arabic 15 minute markers, painted with floral festoons, set within a pedestal, surmounted by a quiver of arrows and a bow, flanked on the right by Cupid and on the left by, probably, Aphrodite, the base raised on toupie feet, with a French 8-day twin drum movement, striking on a bell, back-plate stamped with maker, with pendulum, 49cm high (2) Estimate: £300 - £400
Lot 500: A set of 6 Regency brass marquetry and brass inlaid mahogany standard dining chairs, decorated with brass stringing, the bar backs above a rope-twist rail, the slip-in seats over sabre legs, with a set of three Regency faux rosewood chairs including an elbow chair, all seats covered with a Regency style stripe fabric, most with some damage and losses and restorations (9) Estimate: £400 - £600
