The Berlin Handshape – Become a part of it

The Berlin Handshape - Become part of it!
Set an example for cosmopolitanism, tolerance and encountering people

The Berlin Handshape is an art project. A new symbol of connection. We invite two strangers to open a conversation, share stories and find ‘common ground’. The two strangers then shake hands with a ball of clay in the middle. This forms a small clay shape – a lasting impression – and one of the many clay symbols of human connections that together make up the Berlin HANDSHAPE.
