Arrival and departure by plane

The exhibition centre is easily accessible from BER airport. You can find all information here.

Reserving a time slot for access to the security control with BER Runway is free of charge. Please simply take your boarding pass to boarding pass control 4 in Terminal 1, from where you can reach any departure gate:

With BER Biometrics, you can also use various services contactlessly via facial recognition.

We recommend using public transport, taxis, or Uber for your journey to ITB Berlin 2025, as parking around the exhibition grounds is limited. Easily complement your trade visitor ticket with a discounted public transport ticket for Berlin in the ticket shop.

At the ITB Berlin Convention 2025, you can look forward to a high-caliber program featuring renowned experts from business and academia.

Among the 400-plus speakers who, from 4 to 6 March, will be discussing the latest developments and challenges in the tourism industry in 17 themed tracks are Maja Göpel (founder of Mission Wertvoll), Caroline Bremner (Head of Travel and Tourism Research, Euromonitor), Greg Schulze (chief commercial officer, Expedia Group) and Jens Bischof (CEO, Eurowings).
