Upstate employers are still hesitant to make long-term commitments to an office space during the COVID-19 pandemic, but office rent prices and sales are on the rise.

S.C. recruits $4B in capital investment in 2020

The state landed 126 economic projects, creating 11,147 jobs, according to the S.C. Department of Commerce’s annual industry recruitment report. Mark Anthony Brewing Co.’s $400 million investment in Richland County led the way.
