Update to General licence - INT/2022/2009156 Permitted Payments to UK Insurance Companies
On 15 February 2024, OFSI amended General licence - INT/2022/2009156 to remove reference to frozen UK bank accounts from Permissions 4.1, 4.3.1, and 6.1 to make clear that payments by DPs are not restricted to those made from frozen funds; and the language in permission 5.1 and 6.6 has been clarified.
