OH Supreme Court: Summit County may be sued for not repairing road, not clearing obstructions when property was damaged

The 4-3 ruling reverses an Ohio 9th District Court of Appeals decision that found the county was immune from liability for damage to the Sagamore Hills home when an adjacent roadway collapsed in May 2017.
