Today’s guest is Kelly Gates, director of clinical advisory solutions at AMN Healthcare. A nurse by background, Kelly has spent most of her 30-year career as a consulting leader focused within the healthcare revenue cycle. Her experience includes case management, CDI, computer-assisted coding, and hospital denials. Her special interests are in strategic planning using data and technology for healthcare reform. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
