It's Monday and the weather is dramatic and thundery for much of Scotland, so perhaps a morning to stay indoors and read the news, and drink some coffee, nice and warm.Â
We're kicking off today with our top story - increased windfall taxes on the UK's offshore oil and gas industries would cost the economy about £13 billion over the next five years, a trade body has warned.
