ABA member Artika Tyner created the nonprofit Planting People Growing Justice Leadership Institute, which seeks to inspire social change through education, training and community outreach.
"People were very excited about it, and we implemented it. Washington and Lee continued with it, and it's still a very important aspect of the law school," says Legal Rebel Rodney Smolla.
