Seven former employees of Anadarko have come forward, in a letter and in interviews, alleging a toxic culture of sexual harassment and gender discrimination. Anadarko, which has agreed to a sale to Chevron, has responded to the allegations by implementing training regarding harassment and bias and by creating stronger policy to address retaliation.
