This alliance between four seasoned chefs - 3-Michelin star Consultant Chef Eric Frechon, Executive Chef Arnaud Poette, Head Chef Sbastien Broda and Head Pastry Chef Lilian Bonnefoi - is an expression of shared values, communicated through a poetic cuisine that showcases the richness of the region’s artisanal producers.
