Lowcountry cities on 'boomtowns' list, Lowcountry residents say 'no kidding'

We all know the Lowcountry is booming. It's about time the rest of the world figured it out too. SmartAsset has ranked not one but three Lowcountry cities as "boomtowns" using seven different metrics. Looks like that growth spurt we're in the midst of is not slowing down any time soon.
