What city could be better in winter?

S.C. Agriculture Department requests changes in federal hemp rules

South Carolina is asking for more time to test recently harvested hemp fields. The state Agriculture Commission thinks the 15-day window for testing plants for psychoactive ingredients is too narrow. S.C. is participating in a pilot program to see if hemp, which is not marijuana, can be grown as a new cash crop for the state.
