Originally listed at $250 million earlier this year, the longtime Bel Air trophy estate of financier Gary Winnick has received a hefty price reduction just days after his death. Now offered at $195 million, the historic Georgian-style compound known as “Casa Encantada” includes 60 rooms, 20 bathrooms, two sports courts, an outdoor pavilion with a bar and an 80-foot swimming pool. And on the outskirts of town, ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ producer Jon Chu has paid nearly $12 million for Halsey's stunning 5-acre estate in the unincorporated Monte Nido neighborhood.
