Most US players looking to get their Full Tilt Poker money back can expect to see the funds arrive before March 31,2014, according to the claims administrator. It was also announced that those that missed the deadline for filing may still be able to claim their money and are encouraged to file a petition right away. Ya Poker is a new site on the Winning Poker Network (WPN) established to cater to Latin American players.

GCG Update: Late Petitions for US Full Tilt Funds Will Still be Considered

The November 16 window for petitions has closed, but the claims administrator may still accept late filings.

The Garden City Group (GCG) has amended the FAQ on its website indicating that, even though the filing date for petitions closed last week, late applications can still be filed and may be considered for remissions.

“If you have not yet submitted your Petition, you may still do so. However, please be advised that there is no guarantee that late-filed Petitions will be accepted,” the new text reads.

Irish bookmaker will not participate in New Jersey launch, citing concerns over big-brand competition and "gray play."

Paddy Power will not participate with online gaming when the New Jersey market opens this month, it confirmed to investors and analysts Thursday, citing concerns over the highly competitive market.

“We see a fragmented poker liquidity—at least five separate pools of liquidity,” stated Paddy CEO Patrick Kennedy. “We see a highly competitive B2C landscape, and a lot of strong US brands launching.”

Full Tilt Remissions Payments Expected by March 31, 2014

The Garden City Group has extended its deadline for "Pros" and affiliates to determine their eligibility for claims.

The Garden City Group has announced that it expects the majority of claims for Full Tilt Poker remissions to be paid by the end of March next year. Affiliates, Pros and players who have disputed their balances are not included in that payment time frame.

We are in the process of reviewing Petitions filed by Petitioners who confirmed their balances online and who have not disputed their FTP Account Balance or submitted multiple Petitions. We expect payments to be made with respect to such Petitions with confirmed balances by March 31, 2014.
