With just 34 days left until Election Day, it's time to get involved!

A Note from Denise Krause

Hello friends,

My name is Denise Krause. I’ve always worked to put people first, from my career in health care working for access to affordable care to fighting for social and environmental justice. Now I’m running for Jackson County Commissioner, and here’s why. It's time to get past the politics of division and focus on making real, meaningful improvements for the residents of Jackson County.

We have so much to do to confront the challenges we now face — fire prevention, emergency preparedness, water challenges, homelessness, affordable housing, mental health, addiction, and more.

I am a person who sees the big picture, identifies problems, and gets to work to fix them. That’s what I did during my career managing a large, dynamic organization and that is what I would bring to the office of County Commissioner. I am a facilitator who knows the value of bringing all the stakeholders with different perspectives together to work on complex problems. The solutions are so much better when we work together and we get the buy-in we need to implement them.

With you standing alongside me to do this work, I am confident we can get Jackson County on the right track and deliver the change we all deserve. This is about us working together.

There are only 34 days left before Election Day — and ballots are mailed before that! Our campaign is working very hard — canvassing, calling, doing social media, talks, forums, interviews, hosted events, planning for and placing signs, and so much more. We know we can win this election and we know just how important it is.

Please consider donating to our campaign for the final push. We’re gaining traction and every bit helps! We are moving quickly to ramp up our efforts to win this and get to work building a Jackson County for everyone.
