Maggie McGuire is CEO of Pinna, an audio-first children's media company offering the first and only ad-free audio-on-demand streaming service for kids. Pinna delivers breakthrough original audio programming curated and created for kids ages three to 12 that includes podcasts, music and audiobooks.

A seasoned media executive with deep experience in cross-platform brand strategy and innovation, Maggie was previously VP of eScholastic. She led strategy, content & product development, marketing and programming for Scholastic's digital portfolio, which included the creation of original IPs and the expansion of top publishing brands onto digital platforms spanning the web, gaming, video, audio, ebooks, apps and learning & emerging platforms.

Prior to her 14-year tenure with Scholastic, Maggie’s experience in children’s media included positions with Viacom/Nickelodeon, Cablevision and JP Kids. She began her career as a teacher and then a recruiter for Teach for America, and led the team that launched the International Baccalaureate’s Middle Years Programme in North America, an international curriculum designed for students ages 11 to 16 offered in schools worldwide.

Maggie holds an MA in Educational Theater from New York University and a BA in English Literature and Philosophy from Boston College.

Kerri Hoffman is CEO of PRX, a nonprofit public media company and one of the top podcast publishers in the world. Kerri has played a key role in the building and evolution of the organization. She led the launch of the Radiotopia podcast network, "The Moth Radio Hour" and "Reveal," and managed PRX's merger with Public Radio International in 2018.

PRX has long been an engine of innovation in public media through pioneering new approaches to content, talent and technology, as well as offering training and partnering with mission-aligned partners on original productions. Kerri was named Podcast Executive of the Year by Adweek in 2019, and Fast Company has included PRX on its annual list of the 10 most innovative media companies in 2015, 2017 and 2022.

In his role as Chief Content Officer, Marshall Lewy oversees all podcast content for Wondery and Amazon Music. Recently, Wondery/Amazon won six Ambie Awards for original podcasts including the critically acclaimed 9/12 (which was named Podcast of the Year), true-crime favorite Suspect, business rivalry series Business Wars, and in-depth sports show The Lead.

From development through release, Lewy oversees a production slate for Wondery and Amazon Originals that has yielded notable titles such as Over My Dead Body, The Apology Line, Harsh Reality and Dr. Death.

In addition, Lewy and his content team collaborate closely with prominent creator partners like leading family podcast producer

Tinkercast, Guy Raz and the How I Built This team, and prestigious podcast studio Pineapple Street. A number of Wondery originals have also been adapted as scripted TV series, with Lewy serving as an executive producer. These projects have included Dr. Death and Joe vs. Carole on Peacock, and The Shrink Next Door and WeCrashed on Apple TV+.

A Harvard and Columbia graduate, Lewy previously worked in film development at New Line Cinema; served as a partner at Adaptive Studios; was nominated for a 2015 Primetime Emmy as an executive producer on HBO’s Project Greenlight; and was shortlisted for an International Documentary Association Award in 2019 as the producer of Wondery’s Gladiator: Aaron Hernandez and Football Inc.
