So true! And so is the statement about Coaching your people.

Why is this true? Top Performers seek out and stay working for businesses where they are growing, where their personal Why and the Mission of the business are aligned, and where they experience Quality of Life. As a leader, it is impossible to achieve these three things unless you are having regular and intentional coaching conversations.
