Happy Texas Independence Day! One day is simply not enough to celebrate our great state, but I’ll take any excuse to give a shoutout to my favorite local restaurants, chefs, and wineries. You’ll find all that in today’s newsletter, as well as some easy ways to celebrate at home. I’m eyeing 24 Diner’s No-Bean Chili and Treebeards’ Jalapeño Cornbread for dinner tonight!
