We've got the business news to start off the week on the right foot and keep up with what's happening. Let's lead off with an outlook on the 2022 crawfish season. Restaurants are starting to offer boiled crawfish already, but lots of people will be excited to get back to Hawk's Crawfish Restaurants, that popular seasonal place in the woods of northern Acadia Parish that will reopen for the first time since early in the pandemic in 2020. It's been a long time. If you scroll down you'll want to check out a story out of Opelousas High School where an effort to start a T-shirt printing business last school year has grown into a deal in which students could not print shirts fast enough to meet the demand. A nonprofit group bought a second machine that will basically double their production rate. Check out those stories and more below. |
