21-year-old Benny Ray Urrutia Junior is facing charges of assault, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office says, just before 5 p.m. on Sept. 2nd, 27-year-old Hardel Sherrell (Apple Valley, MN) collapsed and became unresponsive while in the presence of a corrections officer and a medical technician.

A 25-year-old is being held at the St. Louis County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder. 

 A class action lawsuit has been filed in federal court against Husky Energy in response to an explosion and series of fires at the company's Superior oil refinery in April that caused a temporary evacuation of the city and prompted 36 people to seek medical care.
