You're likely one of two types of people:

1 - The kind of person who talks about your struggles all damn day to anyone who will listen (not cool)

OR

2 - The kind of person who never talks about your struggles, keeping them all bottled up and all to yourself (also not cool)

If you're #wokeasfuck then you most likely fall into a third category: you know when and where to open up about your struggles so that you can process them, face them, and therefore move past them, meaning there's no need to continue talking about them. Because, what struggles?

Magic happens when you open up about your struggles in a way that you're being constructive about solving them.

Putting your struggles into words to the right people (sometimes that's even just to yourself, in your journal) helps you process them, give them perspective, brainstorm solutions, and take action.

It's a beautiful thing.

And as a creative business owner, you've got some struggles that affect every part of your life and work, from your creative expression and your perceived self worth to your financial security and even your home life.

I hope it's needless to say that you better get #wokeasfuck and deal with your shit.

TO-DO FOR YOU:
The first step? Put them into words. Write down your struggles on a piece of paper. Is it managing your time, attracting more customers, or paying your taxes? Whatever it is, give it attention, put it into words, and then start brainstorming a plan.

You'll begin moving past them in no time, because you - boss - are smart.
