EEOC: Employers can legally incentivize vaccines

The federal Equal Opportunity Employment Commission has updated its guidance to say it is legal for employers to offer incentives to workers to get vaccinated. The guidance states employers "must keep vaccination information confidential" and clarifies that employers can legally require new recruits and those re-entering the workplace to be vaccinated but must allow exemptions based on religion or disability.
