Due to the current State of Illinois “Shelter in Place” order (also mandated by the Cook County Forest Preserve who owns our Tennis Club property), we are “on-hold” to open the club until further notice (and further State direction coming at the end of April).
We have requested approval to allow our court preparation contractor to conduct their services (with strict guidelines for social distancing), but even if that work can continue, we must wait for approval to open the club at the appropriate time.
Until further notice, neither Staff or Members are allowed in our clubhouse or facility.
The OPTC Board will assess (and propose and adjust) how Memberships will best work for the 2020 season (once we can determine an opening date).
In the meantime, thank you for your support and patience, and we wish you all good health to your family and friends.
Sincerely, Oak Park Tennis Center Board and Staff |
