The greatest sales day of the year is coming up soon: 4/20. The stakes are high, and, with any luck, your store’s revenue numbers will be even higher as the days surrounding April 20 come and go.

But we all know that it’s not entirely true that cannabis sells itself. Strategy is important. Customer engagement is key. There will be a lot of action on the floor next week.
