What's New in Oracle NoSQL Database 4.3

Oracle NoSQL Database 4.3 is now available for download. This release includes the ability to store and query JSON datatypes, making Oracle NoSQL Database a true multi-model database. Additional highlights include:

  • Oracle NoSQL Database Community Edition is now licensed using the Apache 2.0 license, providing developers more options to distribute their applications that use Oracle NoSQL Database.
  • A new version of Oracle NoSQL Database, Oracle NoSQL Database Basic Edition, is available for customers who have purchased Oracle Database Enterprise Edition licenses. The Basic Edition enables customers to create innovative applications that require ultra-fast storage and retrieval of any type of data. Qualified customers can download the software from the Oracle Software Download Cloud.
