The Oregon GOP's candidates for governor are shamelessly pushing The Big Lie, Voornaam. At a GOP candidate forum in Corvallis on Wednesday, "nearly every candidate backed the idea that the 2020 election, and even all of Oregonâs vote by mail elections of the last 25 years, was fraudulent." One of the candidates at the forum even said that she believed Trump won the election, but "we can't prove it." Unfortunately, this is what we can expect from the Oregon GOP in the upcoming race for Oregon Governor â candidates who are ready and willing to support and promote baseless lies in obedience to one man, instead of listening to facts and serving the needs of Oregonians. We've already seen GOP Rep. Cliff Bentz vote to support an effort to disenfranchise and throw out the legally cast ballots of nearly 7 million Americans on what was just his third day in office. Now, the Oregon GOP is trying to put someone who believes in The Big Lie into the Governor's Office. We cannot let that happen. If you're able, please chip in to help elect Democrats up and down the ballot in 2022.
Thank you, â Oregon Democrats
