Meet the Device Hub, your new online command center! Avoid tech support, troubleshooting, and downtimes with live insights to quickly assist your merchants with any device issues or questions. You can even manage app settings on behalf of your merchants, all from behind your own screen.

Enhancements and bug fixes.
| | Contactless EMV Enhancement - If your merchants have experienced issues accepting contactless EMV cards (e.g., "tap to pay" cards), we've made updates to ensure broader and faster (less than a second!!) acceptance. | | | Custom Invoice Number - Payanywhere Smart POS, POS+, and Flex merchants can now enter an optional invoice number at the time of receipt, just like on the Payanywhere Smart Terminal. |

| The technical stuff. |
| All Smart Solution (PAX) and Android merchants must be on the latest firmware and 6.3.1 to continue processing payments. Payanywhere Smart Solution merchants have automatically received the firmware update. Your merchants using a Payanywhere 3-in-1 Bluetooth Credit Card Reader with their Android devices will need to update their firmware by going to Settings â Reader Firmware Update. 6.3.1 for iOS is coming soon! Merchants using iOS devices will remain on version 6.3 and can continue processing payments. |
