GLOBAL: Luxury travel company Red Savannah has launched a new villa offering in Spain with hotel-level service, private chefs, staff, and more. The 10-bedroom, 14th century-style villa on a black truffle estate in the foothills of Mallorca’s Tramuntana Mountains is equipped with a 24-hour team with a manager, a concierge, a chef, housekeeping, and a night manager. It's also all-inclusive for food and beverage and offers amenities like an on-site helipad, a heated pool, an in-house cinema, and more. The second villa is a six-bedroom that sits a short drive from popular Ibiza dance clubs and restaurants, as well as a short walk from the beach.
CHICAGO: The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago underwent a $100 million renovation led by San Francisco interior design firm BAMO. Renovations include a “face-lift” to all 434 guest rooms; a revamp of the 12th-floor lobby into a showstopping art deco space; as well as updates to the spa, presidential suite, hotel art, Torali restaurant, and meeting and event spaces.
LAS VEGAS: ARIA Resort & Casino will host Silver Oak Cellars on June 23 at 7 p.m. to present a wine pairing experience in collaboration with celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten at Jean Georges Steakhouse. Guided by Silver Oak third-generation vintner Matt Duncan, the dinner will include a reception, four courses, a dessert, and wine pairings. Tickets for the dinner are $750 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
NEW YORK: The iconic NoMo SoHo is debuting new offerings and amenities for summer. Included is a proposal partnership with The Yes Girls; an expert-led penthouse wellness series with HIIT cardio, power yoga, and power flow classes; an outdoor rose garden eatery; and more. The 26-story, 264-room hotel is also home to the popular NoMo Kitchen, which offers a rustic American menu with global influences.
The New York City Wine & Food Festival, presented by Capital One, is introducing its brand-new Demo & Dine series as part of its 2023 lineup. The series offers guests an intimate experience, combining a live cooking demonstration with an opportunity to taste the dishes prepared by culinary stars. Each session will showcase two signature recipes as the chefs—including Marc Murphy, Scott Conant, and Kardea Brown—share their culinary expertise.
