THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION (TIEPOLO)
This beautiful print is a reproduction of a portion of seven altarpieces commissioned in 1767 for the new royal church of St. Paschal Baylon at Aranjuez in Madrid, Spain. Painted by the famous artist and fresco painter, Giovanni Battista Tiepolo (1696 – 1770).
This chaplet of The Immaculate Conception consists of three groups of four beads. A single bead separates each group, and a medal of the Immaculate Conception is attached to the end. This prayer was composed by St. John Berchmanns, S.J. who recited it daily to obtain, through Mary's intercession, the grace never to commit any sin against the virtue of purity. These beads are 8mm facet cut cobalt blue glass. Includes a beautiful card with prayer instructions.
This lovely statue of the Immaculate Conception is made of molded fiberglass and hand-painted with soft tones and a few gold accents. It measures approximately 16"H (not including the metal halo).. Imported from Peru.
This pretty booklet is embellished with artwork from the world renowned Fratelli Bonella of Milan, Italy. It features a novena and other prayers to Mary as the Immaculate Conception. The original text was written by Fr. Daniel A. Lord and granted an Imprimatur by Francis Cardinal Spellman. Paperback. 24 pages.
