From Suriname's tropical capital, we'll sail into the Caribbean - visiting Grenada and Saint Lucia before setting sail to our final destination Martinique.

On Thursday, July 31st - the 'Oosterschelde' will arrive in Rotterdam. Mark the date in your calendar, as we will surely celebrate this homecoming ;-).

MILE-MAKER VOYAGES
During a mile-maker voyage, you'll become a true sailor yourself. You'll join the watch system, learn navigation and steering, and help to hoist, adjust, or lower the sails. When there's nothing to do on deck, we'll tell each other sea tales on the aft deck.

The mile-maker to Cape Verde begins with a leg from Rotterdam to Plymouth. From there, we'll sail to Porto, then continue to Tenerife - visiting Madeira on the way. Each day, the temperature grows warmer, especially on the final leg from the Canary Islands to Cape Verde!
