| 3 WEEKS | ALL LEVELS Let’s start 2020 off together! Join us for the Complete Yoga Program, designed to help you build a regular yoga routine - setting you up for the year ahead. This 3 week program includes a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation and Pranayama (breath-work) to give you an all-round yoga practice. You’ll have three 30-minute classes each week from a mix of teachers focusing on either strength, mobility or relaxation, with a longer class from Esther at the weekend bringing all these elements together. For some extra motivation we invite you to join us in the EkhartYoga Facebook group where we’ll be posting the classes up. We start together on Monday, January 6th. |
