On April 5, I gave my first presentation to a live audience in two years, and was very excited to “return to normal”, at least in part.

Several of you regretted not being able to attend, so I recorded my talk on YouTube, where it is freely available to anyone.

My talk, “Our Place in the Universe”, was presented at the University Series, a lecture series sponsored by the Catholic Parishes of Ventura County. I stressed the compatibility of science and faith, and explored the remarkable way humanity fits into the grand cosmic scheme.
