	The motorcyclist fled the scene after smashing his bike into a woman, injuring her and killing her two dogs.

Dozens of cinema-goers were evacuated from Vue at Preston’s Capitol Centre while emergency services responded to an incident last night.

The road was closed in both directions following the crash.
