Scottish Government spends nearly £400,000 on 15-minute film Nearly £400,000 of Scottish Government money was ploughed into the creation of a 15-minute 'drone swarm' film commissioned to try to maintain Edinburgh's claim as 'the home of Hogmanay,' according to newly-released figures. Tough overseas traveller restrictions brought in, but why has it taken so long? All passengers travelling to Scotland from abroad will be required to have proof of a negative test taken a maximum of 72 hours before travel, the Scottish Government has announced. The Scottish Government said the new public health requirement would be “introduced as soon as practically possible”. Here is how the new restrictions on travel will work. Ryan Duke, from Glasgow, was driving down the M8 on his way home from work on Tuesday when he caught sight of three people on a bridge at Junction 10. Beat the Chasers And finally, ITV viewers left furious after a Scottish gameshow contestant appeared to be ‘ripped off’ in a buzz-in controversy. Producers of the hit show The Chasers have been forced to deny accusations that they duped a Scottish contestant who lost out on a £10,000 prize after his opponent appeared to break the rules. The broadcast saw Gordon, a college lecturer and semi-professional magician from Glasgow, take turns against an entire team of Chasers to answer general knowledge questions against the clock.
