After some vocal pushing for leadership positions on the Ozempic MDL, the Pennsylvania federal judge overseeing the litigation has decided who will take leadership roles. As one litigator puts it, the decision had "certainly a little bit of an element of surprise to it." Our first item today has details. Also, Troutman Pepper and Locke Lord appear to be angling for market-leader positions in a number of practice areas with it's proposed merger, which will create several groups of 90 lawyers or more. And Stradley Ronon is expanding to the West Coast.
