Just one experience with music changes a child’s life forever. The Na‘alehu Theatre, non-profit is mentoring a new generation of Hawaiian musicians by providing free music instruction, mentorship and instruments to elementary school students who otherwise have no access to lessons.

The future of Hawaiian Music starts with YOU! And every dollar makes a difference. Your tax-deductible donation will be matched by the State Foundation on Culture and the Arts. Join us now to give the gift of music to Hawai'i’s children at: www.Naalehutheatre.org

Introducing Nahenahe Farm
Nahenahe Farm's 'Ohia Cottage
Nahenahe Farm was the dream of my late husband, Cyril Pahinui who was not only a master of Kī Hō'alu but also an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher. One of our mutual passions is supporting Hawaiian music and passing on the Slack Key tradition.

Here at Nahenahe Farm we work alongside Na'alehu Theatre, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization to gather resources for archiving music collections, event production, and providing Hawaiian Music Mentorship.

To support this effort we are developing a range of Hawai'i products with 100% of profit going toward bringing Hawaiian Music Masters into local schools to mentor youth in traditional music stylings. Through this work we hope to preserve and perpetuate the art form.

Our first project was the complete renovation of the 'Ohia Cottagea well-appointed 2 bedroom guest house in the heart of Kona's coffee belt that offers visitors a spacious and relaxing place to settle in and enjoy Kona's casual, unassuming island-style.

This unique offering comes with a sampling of our local products, pre-arrival consulting, and can include an assortment of personalized guest services. We hope you will come stay with us on your next adventure to Hawai'i Island. To receive the Friends and Family discount please email me in advance to booking.

COFFEE is next! We had an exceptional year here in Kona and our coffee is exceptional! We will soon be launching our website featuring our own 100% Kona Coffee and many other Tropical Delights...stay tuned
