Guerrilla tactics

The embattled owner of paintball facility Guerrilla Warfare decided to shutter the place for good instead of battling Livingston Parish over what he calls a "good ol' boy system" that forced him out of business. Parish leaders, for their part, said they had to send the place a cease-and-desist order because it didn't have proper permits and prompted a host of complaints from neighbors.
