Issue No. 1320: November 15, 2022

If you haven’t done so yet, it’s time to start thinking about planning your Thanksgiving meal. As we inch closer to the big day, I’ll continue to share some exceptional pairing wines, including a new favorite Chardonnay from Sonoma County. Speaking of new, we published our recipe for Roasted Carrot and Lentil Salad with Whipped Goat Cheese just in time for the holidays—it would make a great vegetarian main or a crowd-pleasing side. If you’re more of a deep-fried turkey person, we have a whole holiday menu built around that and other Texas favorites!
