Happy Winter Solstice! I hope you and your family are doing well and managing to enjoy some of the delights of the winter season.

Since this is a busy time and I thought it would be useful to send out an simple project that doesn't require a lot of fancy supplies. I'd like to invite you to download a PDF tutorial for one of this month's popular TinkerLab Schoolhouse member activities: Paper Bag Stars.

Our members are making these as tree toppers and decorations to hang on walls and windows.

Supplies

• 8-12 paper bags (we used 12 for the lunch bag star and 9 for the sandwich bag star),
• White glue or glue stick with strong glue
• Scissors
• Pencil (optional for drawing designs)
• Paint (optional if you'd like to paint it, too)
