Federal Judge Shelly Dick had some critical words for Livingston Parish government officials during a pretrial conference in connection with a lawsuit filed by the developer of the Deer Run subdivision. At one point the judge said, "the court doesn’t have any confidence that the parish government will follow through with its commitments.” Read more of the judge's harsh words.
