Mark Wahlberg sold his lavish estate in L.A.'s much-ballyhooed Beverly Park community—the same enclave Justin Bieber and Sofía Vergara call home—not even three years ago for $55 million. The buyer, a billionaire Chinese couple, has now profitably flipped the six-acre spread for $63.1 million to the hotel heiress-turned-entrepreneur Paris Hilton and venture capitalist Carter Reum.
