A Message From the Editor

Good morning. We've been following the fast-paced, ongoing developments related to President Trump's attacks on Big Law, and the big story today is that Paul Weiss has negotiated a deal with Trump, who has now withdrawn his executive order against the firm. The diversity, equity and inclusion issue continues at other firms, however, as Morrison & Foerster has been accused of dropping a transgender client in London due to Trump's DEI attacks. And in other news, we report that Spanish law firms, which have been expanding in Latin America, are now aggressively targeting the region for growth.
