Billy Baldwin and his wife, Chynna Phillips, have decided to part ways with their Craftsman-style home in Santa Barbara’s Mission Canyon neighborhood. The actor, who has appeared in films like Flatliners and Backdraft, and the singer, a member of the Wilson Philips trio, shelled out $2.9 million for the 1940s-era bungalow back in 2018 and now, after making a number of upgrades, have put the secluded property back up for sale at $3.9 million. Between the main house and guest house, there are a total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms in about 3,000 square feet. Rife with ancient oak trees and mature plantings, the grounds include a “she shed” with a sauna. After eight years in the making, the doors to Aston Martin’s first-ever branded residential project have finally opened. The aerodynamic 66-story Miami tower’s 391 condo units were 99 percent sold prior to completion, and the only remaining apartment is a spectacular triplex penthouse priced at $59 million.
