The CPAP settlement, which is valued at up to more than $600 million, has gained final approval, with the attorneys helming the litigation set to receive nearly $100 million in fees. Our fist story today has details. Also, although 2023 was a more successful year for many Pa.-based Am Law 100 firms, increasing costs and decreasing productivity eroded many bottom lines, Amanda O'Brien reports in our second item. According to our exclusive analysis, most firms saw the growth of costs outpace revenue growth last year, which, one analyst says, is a problem being felt across all sectors, not just the legal industry.
