Peoria man killed when tree limb falls on him during storm

PEORIA - A woman was pulled over by a man flashing his lights at her, claiming to be an "Uber Enforcer."According to a Peoria Police report, a 44-year-old woman was driving on Main Street from Northeast Jefferson Street around 7 a.m. on Saturday when she noticed a man in a car behind her was flashing his lights from high to low beam as well as another light coming from the passenger side.
