Good evening,

Good evening,

There’s few things more Aussie than a Four’N’Twenty pie, but it could be headed for a new offshore owner.

PE firm Pacific Equity Partners is evaluating options for its frozen meat pies and desserts business Patties Foods and is believed to have held early talks with a range of offshore parties.

Goldman Sachs’ bankers have been called in to assist with discussions, as well as conduct a wider strategic review.

Elsewhere, Agilex Biolabs have called in Lazard bankers to run a formal sale process after numerous approaches; some fund managers question if Chalice’s Gonneville discovery was as good as it sounded; Ellerston-backed video production platform Genero is raising at least $10 million and Australian Boutique Spirits appoints advisers ahead of a first quarter 2022 float.

Happy reading,
